Description
This is a carnival wagon in the collection owned by Russ Anderson of Louisa, Virginia, at the Netherland Tavern. Early Times Kentucky bourbon was actually produced through Prohibition by Brown-Forman "for medicinal purposes" and made a cocktail called the Pussycat.
