This art glass sculpture belongs to living artist Dale Chihuly. He doesn't allow sales of photos of his work, and there was a sweep of Fine Art America a few years ago where all Chihuly photos were taken down. In general you're not allowed to sell photographs of other artists' work without permission. You need to re-read the FAA site's rules.
